There are always family stories behind the most renowned wineries: that passion for wine that is handed down from generation to generation and which becomes love for each of the precious moments that go from the cultivation of the vine to the tasting in the glass. The history of the Cascina Bruciata farm is also intertwined with that of some families, up to ours, already the owner of Marchesi di Barolo, who acquired it in 2016.
Taste: very deep wine, intense, its roots derive from the soil particular characteristics that every year yield a wine with an unmistakable personality and unfaltering quality. The color is ruby red with garnet reflections. Balsamic notes stand out in the aroma, referencing the characteristics of the soil this wine comes from, as well as spicier hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, it is elegant, full, and persistent.
