Conical shape with cut tip; the paste is dry with a very light straw yellow color. The taste is full to palate, buttery creamy with aromas of natural smoke. The aftertaste is long, pleasant buttery with hints of smoke. Perfect to enrich "pasta alla Norma" or aubergine "parmigiana".
The Valvo Dairy was born in 1998 in Sicily from an idea of Mr. Valvo and Mr. Savarese with the aim of creating a high quality company.¬†Authenticity, passion and constant research of quality, make the Valvo Dairy a large company with a great heart.¬†Current managers, built a small dairy that processed 300 liters of milk a day. All the milk processed in the dairy is purchased from farms in the province of Enna.
