The Black Angus
The Angus is an ancient cattle breed originating in Scotland. Its meat is recognized for its delicacy and sweet flavor. The rump cut in particular is lean, tasty and easy to digest.
The slice has an important marbling (the distribution of fat within the muscle tissue) characteristic of the black Angus which gives the product an enviable softness.
Its meat, expertly worked with a knife point, is dry salted and marinated for about 21 days with a mixture of 20 spices and aromatic herbs.
Its flavor is sweet and delicately spiced
It does not contain polyphosphates, gluten and lactose.
The rump of Black Angus lends itself well sliced ‚Äã‚Äãas a cold dish accompanied by rocket and cherry tomatoes, for example even without the addition of condiments considering its already tasty flavor.
Very good in succulent sandwiches and wraps.
