As the recipe prescribe, in our Truffle Sauce we put champignon mushrooms, black olives and truffle, all sliced and seasoned with a pinch of salt and mixed with a drizzle of olive oil to create a delicious sauce that has a coarse consistency, the best way to appreciate all the ingredients. It is a very versatile product, that sparks creativity in the kitchen.
Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 50%, olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 3,2%, black olives, salt, flavouring. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening. GLUTEN-FREE.
