in an unusual environment.
Strokes and tears, short circuits and linear mink in a game of dichotomies that dig into the pulp.
EARTH: basically sandy, alluvial, rich in skeleton and potassium. It exceeds 300 meters in height.
GRAPES: mainly Grechetto.
VINIFICATION / AGING: fermentation in steel tanks for 15-20 days; frequent stirring on its fine lees follows. Malolactic fermentation not carried out or partially carried out, depending on the vintage. Maturation in steel and in bottle.
