TASTING NOTES
This Barbera expresses its authenticity with its fresh acidity, well-balanced by the warmth of the alcohol and elegant body. The nose initially reveals hints of ripe fruit, especially cherry, strawberry and raspberry, followed by floral notes of wild violet.
It is extremely pleasing on the palate, with a lingering flavour.
PAIRING NOTES
A concentrated wine that keeps you craving for more and that pairs well with savoury appetizers and first courses with rich sauces. Served slightly chilled (14-16° C) it livens up hot summer evenings, perhaps accompanied by barbecued meat.
