It is a red wine made with 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo. The wine ferments in steel at a controlled temperature for 14 days and after that the malolactic fermentation takes place also in steel barrels. The result is a fresh, fragrant wine with a strong personality and good acidity.
