Green olives of the Nocellara variety, with a sweet and delicate flavor, just preserved in water and salt and then in orde vacuum packed in order to keep the genuine flavor. Best as appetizers or sliced and then added on top of bruschetta and pasta. The olives are preserved in a vacuum bag, without any addition of preservatives, colorants or food additives.
