Mortadella Bologna IGP, produced in the plant of Barzanò, the original location of the company, as per regulations follows the recipe handed over through six generations of the family. Characterized by a pleasantly unique taste.
The Mortadella Bologna in its most traditional format, extruded in beef bladder.
From select ingredients, the Beretta recipe includes shoulder and minced ham for the lean parts and neck for the fatty ones. The production process complies with the strict regulations of the IGP.
The natural casing produces a stronger after-taste. For true connoisseurs of the classic product.
