Discover this carpaccio here. We suggest you this preparation very easy to prepare. Add a tasty dressing and enrich it with some olive oil, a drops of lemon and according to your taste a bunch of blueberries.
- To make the dressing, place a bunch of ginger and eschalot in a small bowl or a jar with a lid. Add the olive oil and vinegar and mix well.
- When ready to serve, take your carpaccio prawns out of the refrigerator and season with freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste. Drizzle some of the dressing over it and if you like you can add a sprinkle of blueberry and coriander. Check for seasoning again and serve.
