TQB seleziona filetti di ventresca ottenuti da esemplari inferiori ai 150 kg di peso, a garanzia delle caratteristiche nutritive e organolettiche. Cotti in acqua salata, mondati dalle spine vanno in conserva in olio d’oliva o al naturale. La ventresca, parte nobile del tonno, si presta a primi piatti, antipasti.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
TQB, "tantoquantobasta", was created by Chef Giuseppe Pappalardo, his owner, who has been working in the business for around 20 years. The idea of TQB arose from many different things in order to unify beauty, quality and ethics identifying those productrs that could represent the beauty of its homeland, Sicily and the sicilian flavours.
