The secret's in the soil:¬†these¬†pistachios are grown in the volcanic soil of Mount Etna according to strict rules. The trees are never fertilized or irrigated, and the nuts are hand-harvested once every two years. Also, the trees are pruned in off years to help concentrate the flavor.¬†
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
TQB, "tantoquantobasta",¬†was created by Chef Giuseppe Pappalardo, his owner, who has been working in the business for around 20 years. The idea of TQB arose from many different things in order to unify beauty, quality and ethics identifying those productrs that could represent the beauty of its homeland, Sicily and the sicilian flavours.
