ABOUT THE PRODUCT
In Relanghe we work the Piedmont hazelnut I.G.P. in an artisan way, with care and slowness, respecting the rhythms of the plant. For this reason we do not in any way solicit our hazelnut groves, but we wait for the fruit to be ripe enough to detach independently, before picking it.
