In our Black Truffle oil we put all the sweetness of the Black Melanosporum Truffle, often used in French gastronomy, embraced in an infusion of the best italian extra virgin olive oil. Ready to use, it is excellent in order to complete your gourmet recipes and everyday dishes.

Great for both first and second courses, this oil is particularly suitable for seasoning vegetables such as potatoes and asparagus. Its full-bodied flavor enhances the taste of flank steaks and egg tagliolini, not to mention how great it is with bruschetta or fried eggs.

The brothers Luigi and Angelo Dattilo have always shared their love for nature, forests, mushrooms and truffle. This allowed the company, founded with the name Appennino Funghi e Tartufi, and then renamed Appennino Food Group Spa, to become a reference point in its sector. Passion is still the main ingredient, but there is so much more. Thirty-years’ experience of the Dattilo brothers ensures the choice of the best raw material and extreme care is then applied when the latter are handled.
