Sauce made with cream, 14% Parmigiano Reggiano, Olive oil, full-cream milk, Italian Bianchetto truffle.
Smooth cream, ivory white in colour with small pieces of truffle inside. Delicate in taste with a little bit savoury hints of cheese and truffle.
Can be used as sauce to enrich pasta. Warm it a little bit in a pan with some cooking water, add pasta and stir. It is excellentalso to finish a risotto.
