This precious honey is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after in the world because of its characteristic flavour, which is extremely difficult to describe.
It has an intense and unique flavour, perfect for its slightly bitter taste, this rare honey is often used to offer contrasts with sweet cheeses, like ricotta into a delicious dessert or to accompany bitter vegetables such as cardoons and artichokes. 
The taste is medium sweet and slightly sour and bitter. It has an average persistence in the mouth. It crystallises spontaneously several months after harvest.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
TQB, "tantoquantobasta", was created by Chef Giuseppe Pappalardo, his owner, who has been working in the business for around 20 years. The idea of TQB arose from many different things in order to unify beauty, quality and ethics identifying those productrs that could represent the beauty of its homeland, Sicily and the sicilian flavours.
