Baskets of parmesan with ham are tasty cheese cups, tasty and crisp and a decorative solution perfect as a delicious appetizer. They can be enriched with the ingredients you prefer, those you like most or those of the period. They can be prepared in advance and served cold.
Ingredients for 4 persons
6 tablespoons of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
6 slices of raw ham
Extra virgin olive oil
50 grams of rocket
Start with the preparation of the parmesan waffles: put 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese for each wafer forming small piles on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Then, crush the piles with the back of a spoon and form disks. Bake the wafers in the oven preheated to 180° for about 3-4 minutes; just enough time to melt the cheese.
Baked the wafers, cut the parchment paper around the cheese disc and put each in a small bowl, let them cool in this way, the bowls will be formed.
When the cheese bowls are ready, gently remove the parchment paper and then put in each one a little rocket, a slice of ham rolled up on itself and if you like some parmesan flakes.
