The Pastificio Mancini is one of the most famous pasta producers in the world, located in the heart of Italy, Marche, it is also known as Pastificio Agricolo.
The uniqueness of their pasta is due their production philosophy, which follows the old artisan way. Their aim is enhancing the campaign product combined with the use of the best technologies, bronze drawing and static drying at low temperatures.
It is made directly from their fields where they cultivate their grain and from which their own wheat is from. It is made only by Italian grains cultivated with care, in respect of the environment and with methods that are not going to force the production rates and limiting the use of chemicals as possible.
