From the Fego vineyard in Cirò Marina, a few hundred meters from the sea, swept by sea breezes and fertile clayey-marly soil, a rosé from Gaglioppo grapes with brackish and ferrous notes.
Macerated for 12 hours on the skins in steel without temperature control and fermented with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation completely carried out with zero residual sugar. No filtration or stabilization.
