Typical sausage of the village with the same name in the province of Parma, it is produced from the best Italian pork with the addition of a bit of salt, pepper and natural aromas. It has a delicate flavor, a slightly sweet taste, a ruby red color and a typical elongated and irregular cylindrical shape.
