This very unique Patè with capers and almonds carries a mixture of all Mediterranean flavors, typical of our area in Puglia. The almonds are very much used in the traditional Pugliese kitchen and in this recipe we add capers and olives, three flavors very different but all very interesting in order to get a fragrant cream. Inside each jar you will find the freshness and intensity of each ingredient. This patè, like all our products, is made without the use of additives, preservatives or chemicals aroma. Our extra virgin olive oil is always part of these tasty ingredients which gives a unique plus.
Ingredients: Nocellara olives 85 %, almonds 7%, capers 7%, extra virgin olive oil 5%, black pepper, wine vinegar, salt.
Store: After opening keep refrigerated and consume within few days.
Ideal as: Pasta sauce, but also to prepare appetizers and entrees. Also great for the sandwiches, canapés and bruschetta for your aperitifs.
