ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Comté is an ancient cheese. It has been produced since the time of Charlemagne. Comté has an ivory-colored paste soft, rind-washed cheese. It has a complex, nutty and caramelized flavor. It is perfect as appetizer, cut in small cubes or to be used for the traditional fondue cheese, or grated on the top of pasta, baked meals. Sweeter and softer taste compare to 24 months type.
