ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Valsana was established in 1984 in the homonymous, beautiful valley, in the North East of Italy. They offer a unique assortment composed of 500 kinds of cheese, 400 charcuterie products, and a wide selection of grocery delicacies.
Frequent microbiological tests are performed on Stracchino and on the raw materials used, based on a meticulous laboratory analysis plan. It is not recommended for people suffering from milk and/or lactose allergies or intolerance. Ingredients: cow's milk, pasteurized milk enzymes, sea salt from Cervia (0.7%), natural rennet.
