A fresh cheese made with a combination of pasteurized cow's, sheep's, and goat's milk. The rind is thin and soft and the paste is creamy, sticks to the knife, while its color is white. Round, creamy, and sweet in taste. The aftertaste is pleasant, with hints of fresh grass.

Valsana was established in 1984 in the homonymous, beautiful valley, in the North East of Italy. They offer a unique assortment composed of 500 kinds of cheese, 400 charcuterie products, and a wide selection of grocery delicacies.
