ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Robiolina produced with cow and sheep's milk from the Alta Langa dairy. The color of the rind is ivory white while the color of the paste is a light straw. The texture is soft and creamy. It's best to be served at room temperature.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
The Alta Langa dairy is situated in Bosia, between Alba and Cortemilia, and has taken it's name from Alta Langa Piemontese, still today a very green area. The cheeses are produced using traditional local recipes, maintaining the natural way of cheese making without adding conservatives or colorings.
