ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Nodini are a hand-crafted type of mozzarella cheese typical of Apulia. They are shaped by hand assuming the form of a small knot. This form is a little harder than the others and they have a slightly tougher paste, with a certain degree of elasticity responsible for a mild, but pleasant, resistance to chewing, enhanced by the notes of milk which are released to your every bite.
This product is ideal for all types of antipasti (starters) and salads or ad ideal dish during summer days as light and healthy meal.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
The company IL PARCO was born in San Giovanni Rotondo (FG) ITALY, in the territory of the Gargano National Park, in the mid-90s and is specialized in the production of buffalo milk and its transformation into Mozarella di Bufala Campana DOP.
