ABOUT THE PRODUCT
The crust is tender and its color is white. The ivory white paste is buttery and compact, this cheese is characterised by its buttery, milky and fruity taste. The aftertaste is round, creamy with hints of cellar and fruits.
To enjoy it at its best, it is preferable to serve it at room temperature. Perfect in combination with salami, pizza or focaccia.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
The Alta Langa region is located in the Piedmont hills. The economy of the territory made of steep slopes, far from the main commercial directives and still almost uncontaminated today, has been based for centuries on the small herding of goats, sheep and cows. Hence the mixed milk dairy production and the small wheels, emblem of the Langhe production.
