Produced chopping different cheeses, from younger to older, and mixing all with cream and pepper. That is why it is called frant, as "fragmented".
The perfume is intense, the taste is long, intense, slightly tangy with a continuous and pleasant balancing of sweetness and saltiness, hints of the canteen, and fermented milk.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Valsana was established in 1984 in the homonymous, beautiful valley, in the North East of Italy. They offer a unique assortment composed of 500 kinds of cheese, 400 charcuterie products, and a wide selection of grocery delicacies.
