Mozzarella Fiordilatte is a typical Italian product, made since ancient times in the Southern Region of Apulia. It is a whole cow's milk stretched cheese, with the same shape as the classic one. Its taste is pleasant and creamy, creating a unique flavor.
Perfect to be consumed with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil, or in a bowl of cool summer rice with vegetables and pickles.

The company IL PARCO was born in San Giovanni Rotondo (FG) ITALY, in the territory of the Gargano National Park, in the mid-90s and is specialized in the production of buffalo milk and its transformation into Mozarella di Bufala Campana DOP.
