A high quality butter, sweet and creamy, obtained by milk centrifugation. Very creamy and spreadable appareance, white in colour and sweet in taste. Round, full to the palate with milky notes and a pleasant fragrance of almonds. Special in a slice of crusted bread with anchovies, or very good for the preparation of sweets such as cakes or biscuits.
