ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Robiola di Roccaverano DOP is produced by Stutz Fam in the Langhe area, with the milk produced by the goats of the same farm and refined for about 17/18 days.
White cheese made by creamy paste, sticks to the knife. The rind is thin and soft. Round in taste, the flavor is full to the palate and sweet. The aftertaste is pleasant and sweet with hints of freshness, herbs and lactic aromas.
Perfect to be eaten with a slices of speck and boiled potatoes, or in a table cheese with some fresh pears and apples. Beautiful over green salads and unique when combined with anchovies on the top of pasta.
